SassyPopKids searches to find beautiful products for our customers. Most of our toys are wooden and none of them require batteries. I strive to find toys that promote open ended imaginative play. After 4 years studying for a Bachelor of Education, I am passionate about toys that do not define play but rather inspire children to create, dream and in away leave reality if just for awhile.
I also try not to stock big brand toys – however two exceptions to this is LEGO® Toys and Sylvanian Familes. I strongly believe that LEGO® toys are wonderful toys, it inspires children to create, to think outside the square and by watching my son play it does give them inspiration for creative play. Sylvanian Families were very popular in the mid 80′s and are slowing making a come back. I have chosen them as a product as I think they are a beautiful alternative to the very American polly pockets and Little Ponies.
